Acknowledge is a farm and an ethos. Our hemp farm is rooted in regenerative practices for the land, people and industry. A woman-led, East Coast company, our goal is to support the body as an ecosystem in the same way as our land. Our organic and regenerative farm is situated in Maryland’s Pleasant Valley, land shaped by many hands—from the Piscataway and Massawomeck indigenous tribes to subsequent enslaved peoples, Mennonite settlers, and multi-generational family farms. We acknowledge their labor and honor their legacy by adhering to practices rooted in traditional wisdom and a sacred connection for those who work it, providing plant-based health and wellness solutions for all.
