This company is amazing. They are truly caring and compassionate, the customer service is outstanding. I have tried every sleep gummy you could possibly try, and I would say that these are great gummies, good value, and high quality. More is NOT better with THC and sleep. I have 40 mg gummies and they make my thoughts and heart race. I also have 10 mg gummies, which are fun of course but maybe not the best for sleep.
2 mg of THC is just enough to take the edge off and bring you to relaxation. Chamomile and valarian root have been around for a long time and contribute to a sense of calm. I have a nice profile of herbs, CBN and THC. Research supports a higher level of CBN for sleep so I take an additional 50 mg CBN capsule 1 hour before sleep. I think it makes a difference.
