What I love:
-reasonably clean ingredients
-low mg so you can easily take how much you want
What I use them for-
-sleep. I take half of one most nights to sleep.
-migraines. I take three on migraine nights and it helps me sleep through the pain, which makes the migraine last for not as long.
What I don’t love:
-the sleep ones can make you feel almost a little hungover in the morning. I either take half of one alone or a whole one with two of the mood gummies, and that’s usually okay.
If you’re not experienced:
Drink a TON of water when you take them. I don’t know if that’s normal or if it’s a me thing but you really gotta drink a lot of water. Like a looooot.
These are my preferred gummies because of what they don’t have-sugar coating!

These are my fav of all the gummies. They help me see and appreciate all that is good around me. I take them whenever I know I need to tackle something unpleasant and be more than ok.

Mood support gummies are so gentle you don't even know that your mood has relaxed. I only eat a half one at a time.
I was skeptical, but am sleeping great eating a half gummy a few hours before bed and then the other half right before bed. There is no "hangover" like many supplements and meds.
I get great sleep straight through the night, without grogginess in the morning. I only use 1/2 a gummy.
Decided to try these after a tough week of work. I found less anxiety and better focus without feeling anxious/crabby. Will continue to use these as we have a tough transition in my workplace!
