I get great sleep straight through the night, without grogginess in the morning. I only use 1/2 a gummy.

Works great, helps me to sleep. But why to add to the good product bad stuff? Tapioca syrup and beet sugar are not healthy, I don't consume any sugar and sweetness for 15 years, except fruits and dry fruits. Why must gummies to have sweet taste?
