Works great, helps me to sleep. But why to add to the good product bad stuff? Tapioca syrup and beet sugar are not healthy, I don't consume any sugar and sweetness for 15 years, except fruits and dry fruits. Why must gummies to have sweet taste?

My father suffers from chronic pain in his back and legs- nothing has ever made a difference unless it was medication. I usually take one of these when I wake up at 3 or 4. I go right back to sleep and sleep well for another 4 hours or so.They taste good, and work really well.
