Gummies for sleeping worked for me after a few days after taking them every night. I have severe insomnia and anxiety. I take 2 gummies before bed. Quality of sleeping also become much better.
I love these for any time I feel irritable for no reason. They’re very mild and just give me a sense of wellbeing.
Gotta say, it really does help! There have been some periods where I either ran out, or forgot to take them and I do feel a definite difference. It is not overwhelming, they don't totally knock you out, but getting to sleep, getting back to sleep if I wake up, and an overall more restful night is what I experience. These have been my favorite gummies thus far! I especially like the lower dose of thc. With other gummies I often have to bite them in half, as I don't want that feeling I get with a higher dose. The flavors are great also! Well done.
