My father suffers from chronic pain in his back and legs- nothing has ever made a difference unless it was medication. I brought some of this cream that was left over from a massage and we put it on his legs and back and he had no pain- he had relief for the first time in months, maybe years. I usually take one of these when I wake up at 3 or 4. I go right back to sleep and sleep well for another 4 hours or so.They taste good, and work really well.
