We ship all of our products through UPS ground. Shipping is calculated at a flat rate of $8.00 per order. We offer free shipping to our clients on purchases over $100. Average shipping time is 3-5 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Our fulfillment center operates Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 4pm will be processed the following business day. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after placing your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, a refund or an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to return your product. If not, then we will let you know, and work with you to get the incorrect product returned to us, and exchanged for the correct product.
