Our Recovery Cream is made with full-spectrum hemp extract containing less than 0.3 percent THC by weight. It will not produce intoxicating effects.

What shipping methods do you offer?

We ship all of our products through UPS ground. Shipping is calculated at a flat rate of $8.00 per order. We offer free shipping to our clients on purchases over $100. Average shipping time is 3-5 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Our fulfillment center operates Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 4pm will be processed the following business day. If you have questions or concerns about your order, please contact info@acknowledgefarms.com. *Please note, UPS does not operate on Sundays or federal holidays.

Can I return my product?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after placing your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, a refund or an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and your order number. To request a return, visit our return center. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to return your product. What if I receive the wrong product or my product
is damaged?

Can I modify the order after it has been placed?

As soon as you realize that you have made a mistake, please contact us at info@acknowledgefarms.com. Depending on how long it has been since you have placed your order we might be able to modify it. If not, then we will let you know, and work with you to get the incorrect product returned to us, and exchanged for the correct product.

From seed to harvest, we cultivate our hemp on our Certified Organic and Regenerative farm in Maryland, USA. Enriched by our own compost and nurtured with organic fertilizers, our plants thrive under the valley sun from spring to early fall. To protect soil health, we use minimal tilling, ensuring each plant reaches its full potential.

After harvest, we gently dry and cure the flowers for five days in controlled conditions, preserving their rich cannabinoid and terpene profiles. We then blend our hemp with fruits that naturally flourish in our climate, creating gummies that capture the essence of our farm. Each batch is carefully mixed, packaged, and shipped to ensure a pure and healthful experience in every bite.
