I usually take one of these when I wake up at 3 or 4. I go right back to sleep and sleep well for another 4 hours or so.They taste good, and work really well.
Works as described. Effects are clean and the let down is easy. These gummies are very high quality. The fruit flavors are good and don't taste artificial. The extracts taste clean and just terpy enough.
