We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after placing your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, a refund or an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to return your product. As soon as you realize that you have made a mistake, please contact us at info@acknowledgefarms.com. Depending on how long it has been since you have placed your order we might be able to modify it. If not, then we will let you know, and work with you to get the incorrect product returned to us, and exchanged for the correct product.
